I am not able to extract the files after downloading.When I try to extract I get the message the file is corrupt.
Same is the case when I try to extract 'Ultimate Forex Course' also.
Can you help please.

I just tested them myself and they are extracting fine. Make sure you have all the parts in the same place before trying to extract. They are multi part archives.

They are rar files. You need both parts to extract the ebook.
Use WinRar if you are on window.
If on Linux or OSX, type rar -e FX_Power_Trading_Course.part1.rar to extract. It will automatically extract and combine both parts.

Why are foreign-language books are highly qualified for any book translated into any other language I do not know what the reason you mistake in translation
Try uploading them on rapidshare. It might work better on there than uploading them from here.
